I still love my ex and we have been split up now for about 4 months. He has a new girlfriend now and whenever I hear about her I get sick to my stomach and my face gets red and just her name makes me so angry. I dont know how to deal with this jealousy. I have the exact same problem. I feel like a dumb, shallow b*tch whenever I get jealous, but I can't contain my anger sometimes. The fact that him and his new girlfriend kept posting pics on facebook didn't help at all. What I did eventually was go to the gym and just work out every day. I felt sexy and confident and worthy, and had fun flirting with guys without feeling insecure.

i think that you should try to forget about him i mean you were the one who ended the relationship so im sorry to say this but its kinda your fault but i think that you should try to get a boyfriend that will help you forget about him
