Its been 2 years since hes been gone but I still feel like it was just yesterday. My family and friends were great support when he passed but they cant help me overcome pain. Our son will be one next month and it hurts because hes started saying dada. I don't go to my friends about it because I feel like their tired of hearing it even though they don't say it. I feel alone like he was taken away too soon and i feel un consolable...it hurts so bad that tears don't express the true pain i feel of him being gone and me doing this alone, I thought it would get better overtime but its been 2 years and it still feels like yesterday. I cant move on because when I try it don't work because Im always looking for his qualities in them or wanting them to compare to him. If anyone experienced this or knows any good advice to overcome this please tell me because I feel so helpless and alone right now :(How do i deal with the death of my boyfriend, who was murdered while i was pregnant?
There are support groups. Parents Without Parteners is international, and has web sites. Go to your local hospital, or call them, and find a local HOSPICE group. They can recommend groups for people who have lost their loved ones. Sharing your feelings with someone who has gone through similar experiences will help you.How do i deal with the death of my boyfriend, who was murdered while i was pregnant?
I have never gone through this. But just reading your feelings makes me upset. You should talk with this about your family though. Or a really good friend. They are your family and friends for a reason, they love you and they will and should always be there for you. Especially if someone you loved and cared about so much has left this world. Or pray. Pray that you can move on. The world is such a beautiful place when you look at it that way. It is hard to forget those we have lost, but we will always gain someone new with each passing. You will find love again someday. Someone to help care for you and your son. Someone who cares as much as he did.
Just hang in there and talk with someone, even if it's to yourself. You need to know that there is always someone who will listen to you. Each day can be brighter if you look at it that way. I am sure wherever he is he is still watching you, and hoping that you can be happy again. You just need to believe you can be happy again. Babys can sense what others feel and if you are sad all the time it will make him uneasy. Just think, you have your son and your family. Maybe your son will resemble him and you can always remember him- in a good way. I am sure if your boyfriend could choose, he would not want you to be sad all the time. Wouldn't he want you to find someone new and be happy? Or try to smile with every new day?
