Have you approached the brother about it? Or, why not just say to the parents that the younger brother is not welcome in your home without people with him and that you are forced to make rooms off limit because of his thieving. Or better yet can you boyfriend not step up and deal with this and his family? It's hard for the gf to discuss these things. Good luck.
